Ginjito recipe by Komal Agarwal, co-founder, Talli Tales

Ingredients:

2 oz (60 ml) gin

1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice

1 oz (30 ml) simple syrup

6-8 fresh mint leaves

Club soda

Ice cubes

Lime wedge and mint sprig, for garnish

Method

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup to release their flavors.

Add the gin to the shaker, along with a handful of ice cubes.

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the ingredients.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

Top up the glass with club soda to your desired level of fizziness.

Give the cocktail a gentle stir to combine all the ingredients.

Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint for an extra burst of flavor and aroma.

Cucumber Mint Gin & Tonic recipe by Sasha Vanjour, Mixology, Goa – Vaum Tonics

Ingredients:

30ml Gin

4-5 slices of cucumber

4-5 fresh mint leaves

Vaum Cucumber Mint Botanical Water

Ice cubes

Instructions:

Muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves in a glass.

Add ice cubes and pour in the gin.

Top it off with Vaum Cucumber Mint botanical water and stir gently.

Garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of mint.

Citrus and Herb Gin and Tonic:

 

 Ingredients: 

  • 2ozHayman’s Old Tom Gin
  • 4ozTonic Water
  • 1/2ozLime Juice
  • FreshBasil Leaves
  • FreshThyme Sprigs

Instructions: 

  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Hayman’s Old Tom Gin to the glass.
  • Squeeze the lime juice into the glass.
  • Top it up with tonic water.
  • Gently stir to combine the ingredients.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves, a sprig of thyme, and slices of lime and lemon.

Grapefruit Rosemary Gin & Tonic

Ingredients:

30ml gin

1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

Vaum Grapefruit Rosemary botanical water

Ice cubes

Instructions:

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the gin and fresh grapefruit juice.

Top it off with Vaum Grapefruit Rosemary botanical water.

Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Strawberry Lime Gin & Tonic

Ingredients:

30ml gin

Handful of fresh strawberries

Lime juice

2-3 cracked black pepper

Vaum Classic Indian Tonic water

Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a glass, add ice cubes, fresh cut strawberries, and cracked pepper.

Add lime juice and pour in the gin.

Top it off with Vaum Classic Indian tonic water and stir gently.

Ginger Lime Mint Gin & Tonic

Ingredients:

30ml gin

1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced

Juice of half a lime

Fresh mint leaves

Vaum Classic Indian Tonic water

Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a glass, muddle the sliced ginger.

Add ice cubes and pour in the gin.

Squeeze in the lime juice.

Top it off with Vaum Classic Indian tonic water and stir gently.

Garnish with a lime wedge, mint leaves, and a thin slice of ginger (optional).

Gulabi Sadi recipe by Hitchki – Restro Bar

Ingredients:

45 ml Samsara Pink Gin

10 ml Cucumber Ribbon Infusion

10 ml Butterfly Pea Flower Tea

50 ml Lime Juice

100 grams Ice

Method:

Build up the cocktail in a wine goblet.

Garnish with a cucumber ribbon on a satay stick.

Southside recipe by Sahil, Deltin Jaqk

Ingredients:

60 ml Gin

1/2 Lime

20 ml Sugar Syrup

Mint leaves

2 sprigs

10 Ice Cubes

Recipe:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Add 60ml of gin, 20ml of fresh lime juice, and 20ml of sugar syrup.

Shake well, add a mint sprig and shake again carefully so as not to bruise the mint.

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a mint leaf or a mint sprig.

Cucumber and Mint Gin and Tonic 

Ingredients: 

  • 2ozHayman’s London Dry Gin
  • 4ozTonic Water
  • 3-4Cucumber Slices
  • FreshMint Leaves
  • 1/2ozSimple Syrup

 Instructions: 

  • Muddle the cucumber slices and several mint leaves in the bottom of a glass to release their flavor.
  • Add ice cubes to the glass.
  • PourHayman’s London Dry Gin and simple syrup over the ice.
  • Top it up with tonic water.
  • Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  • Garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of fresh mint

Skylark Grapefruit Fizz

 

Ingredients: 

  • 45ml Tenjaku Gin
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml Simple Syrup
  • 60ml Grapefruit Juice
  • Top-up with Soda
  • Orange Wheel

Instructions:

  • Shake all ingredients apart from Soda and strain into a glass with ice.
  • Top up with soda and garnish with an orange wheel
