Mysterious streak of light seen across southern California sky

Bright streaks of light have been captured on camera moving across the sky in southern California.

People on social media speculated that it could be debris from a SpaceX launch or a module from the Chinese Shenzhou-15 spacecraft, which was due to enter the atmosphere around the same time.
